I got into a car accident a few months ago and fortunately the tow truck driver referred us to Van Law firm. At first I didn’t know what to do but just thinking of calling insurance. But my brother spoke to one of the representatives and they called me before I called insurance and I’m glad they did. They had been very helpful, and professional. Guided me and my brother through every step and got us the care we definitely needed. If it wasn’t for them I think I would be struggling with the at fault vehicle’s insurance since they first wanted to claim to not be at fault. I’m glad we got a great team to represent us ! I would totally recommend them over and over again to anyone who needs a lawyer for car accidents or anything I know they can help.

My family and I are very grateful for Van Law Firm and the way they handled our case with the car insurance company after our car accident. At the time of the accident, we had our 6,4 year old and 10-day-old baby in the car, and brother that came to visit us from a different country, so this was a very scary and stressful time for us. From the beginning, Van Law Firm made sure we were taken care of and that we never felt alone in the process. All of the lawyers involved were compassionate and understanding. They listened to our concerns, treated us with respect, and paid close attention to every detail. That really helped us feel safe and supported during a difficult time. Will Garcia did a great job keeping us informed about where our case stood. He always made sure we understood what was going on, helped set up appointments, and made sure our voices were heard. I never felt rushed or ignored, and he was patient with all of our questions. Laurence Arroyo also did an amazing job explaining the next steps and what to expect as the case moved forward. she broke things down in simple terms so we could understand what was happening and what was coming next. That helped take a lot of stress off our shoulders. Overall, I feel very comfortable and blessed that we chose Van Law Firm to represent me and my family. From the time I got into contact with the firm, Karin took care of me and answered any questions I had. This is a process with a lot of moving pieces and people that help out. With that being said, everyone that helped me out, from the case mangers and their assistants (Juana, Brenda, Jireh, Tonette, and Lluvia) were very helpful and professional. I am really thankful to have been referred to this firm. After such an event as an accident, things can feel very overwhelming and confusing. Everyone at Van Law Firm, especially my case manager Juana, of course, took very good care to be informative and keep me in all the loops, and make sure the best possible outcome was reached. The times that I did speak with the attorney, it was a good experience. They also made sure everything was broken down and explained well. There was no time wasted, everything was straight to the point. And the outcome was fair for everyone involved. Making the process a great one, for me.
