The gym is well-rounded with all sorts of equipment to work any body part out. They have everything from strength equipment to machines with cables to plate loaded machines. They have a studio Cinema Fitness room, a large indoor pool, massage chairs, and the brand new studio lft. The equipment is in very good condition. The staff there or really great in helping you out. Special shout-out to GM Anthony and lead front desk Sakira. (I hope I spelled her name correctly). This is definitely a local gym that rivals EOS Fitness and Planet Fitness. Sign up here!!
This is so unfortunate I have to leave the review: I thought I found a second home here at VASA. My son loves the child care, some of the workers seem kind and seem to love him too others I question whether they truly want to be there. We’ve been going now for a year. The General Manager is helpful. The Assistant Manager seems laid back but the Childcare Manager has recently struck issue. I am a single mom, so sometimes we definitely are running late. Pretty much every-time but I manage to make it in.. The grace period is 29 minutes. Well , I came in after waiting at the door for a good 2 minutes- we missed our appointment. The manager didn’t care, didn’t do anything to make sure usuals were taken care of she basically said there is no way to put my son in the system - he left crying and I actually broke down in front and it was an overall horrible experience. No I'm not perfect but telling me to go in and book an appointment , charging me then knowing I won’t find an appointment making me search for it is passive aggressive, rude and you don’t care that much.. value your members.. I don’t know her name but there have been many complaints in the past.. Taking care of your members is what matters.. not shunning them away.. Now my son and I will be canceling and potentially two other family members who have had a similar experience..it’s not what happened it’s how you handle things.
I’ve been back on my fitness journey for the last 3 months and I’m happy to have finally found a gym that aligns with what I’m seeking. However, the VASA app for check-ins and Studio class log-ins has been extremely frustrating. The system often glitches, resulting in unfair fees even when you show up for class on time. While I appreciate the accountability aspect—charging a fee for no-shows or being late makes sense—there also needs to be accountability on the company’s end when their system errors cause false absences or fail to track attendance accurately. It’s disappointing that this ongoing issue hasn’t been addressed, despite customer reports. Additionally, I’d like to suggest a 10-minute grace period for tardiness. Charging someone for being two minutes late (especially when classes start with a warm-up) feels excessive and unfair. These fees add up quickly and come across as a way to increase profits rather than support members’ progress. I genuinely want to continue my membership because I love the workouts and community, but integrity and fairness matter. I hope VASA takes this feedback seriously and fixes these glitches to better support loyal members. I hope to be able to update this review if they fix their glitches because the trainers and people there are wonderful.
I have been coming to this gym since feb 2025 and it has been amazing. Studio red is my favorite class. I love how every day it’s a different workout. It keeps my workouts interesting which help me to stay consistent. Shout out to some wonderful coaches who I have done the classes with that have been amazing: Amy, Wendy H, Ryan, Michael, Connor, Theresa, Ximena, and Malia. They have helped me in one way or another. But any coach you get will be amazing I’m sure of it. Thanks Vasa for helping me with my goals.
I consider myself a gym snob. I have never been a fan of big box gyms. I prefer small private group training gyms. Until I started coming to Vasa in 2022. Vasa is clean, the staff is always welcoming and helpful. The trainers/ coaches / instructors are Amazing. My favorite instructors for group classes are Amanda, Ashley, Christine, Christina, Samantha, and Wendy. I appreciate these strong, positive, and passionate women and love their classes and their support. My favorite classes are Studio Red, Cycle, Butts and Guts, and Pilates. I’m checking in at Vasa at least 3 days a week and I am never disappointed.
