Every time I go in the staff is very friendly and helpful. The energy is upbeat, classes are great, and atmosphere is clean and professional. A+ I would absolutely recommend Vasa to anyone looking at crushing goals, getting into working out, or even relaxing with their massage and tanning amenities! PT staff is experienced and bring years of knowledge to the table for their clients. I spoke to the GM and she was very friendly and helpful. Front desk is always friendly and have resolved any issues I had immediately offering solutions and fixed in the spot. VASA for life!

Amazing how many people show up at this Vasa to sit on machines and weight benches to live on their phones. So many other better gyms out there with people that want to work out with courtesy respect and kindness.

28 April 2026 Goodbye VASA - I cannot suffer your substandard conditions anymore. Yes I was a member - I cancelled, today. Yes, it will take 30 days to process cancellation and I'll get another, bill. For not using the gym. Does that mean I have 30 more days. Likely not. The sanitary conditions have deteriorated significantly. The maintenance of the equipment has deteriorated. Machines left unrepaired for weeks and general wear and tear that makes the gym feel neglected. Bathroom urinals that constantly leak on the floor. Front desk staff is not — and should not be — responsible for cleaning the facility. Showers, locker rooms, and even the floors often go days without proper attention, which is unacceptable for a fitness center. VASA has now clearly prioritized membership numbers over quality. I’m sure there’s a profit margin equation there, but members can feel the difference. The focus seems to be on packing in more people rather than maintaining a clean, well-equipped space where people actually want to work out. I used to enjoy coming here, but the steady decline in standards has made it impossible to recommend. Time to look elsewhere. Goodbye VASA. P.S. When I asked the front desk to cancel they told me to “do it on the App” I preferred them do it onsite and verify. I got nothing but ugly, and attitude - lady in glasses with ponytail.
