Came here because it was rated higher than the other VCA facilities. Coming from another VCA in a nice city, I thought, how could it be better?? To my surprise, the Vets (Doctors) here are amazing. The follow up is on point and the care is real. Came here for an annual check up, some bloodwork, dental and ear check. Same ear check that they did where I came, but the difference was night and day - more thorough, more care for my pet, and much better treatment with the goal of resolving the issue. No matter where I live in the bay area, I'd definitely make and keep this as my vet of choice. Side note, VCA care plans are only good at the VCA you sign up for. If I had to rate the VCA plan on that, I'd give it a 2 star. What's the point of having a VCA network if the plan you sign up for doesn't cover you at ALL VCA locations?? 5 star for this hospital, but 2 stars for VCA network.

I happened to get a few first visit and coincidentally my little Affenpinscher the next day was attacked by a pitbull. The vet here was fantastic and she did everything possible to keep the bill reasonable, even using samples where possible for meds. I highly recommend.

VCA has been great for my pets. They’re busy, but I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment when I needed one. The staff is accommodating and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure your pet gets the care they need. Dr. Dunn has been especially helpful and thorough. I highly recommend this clinic.

We really like going to VCA. Everyone who works there is incredibly kind and clearly cares so much about the animals. We've taken our two pups there plus a dog that we're fostering and they've always been great. App is easy to use and making appointments is relatively easy. Parking lot is small but I've never had an issue finding a spot.
