Dr. Duke helps me out alot with my posorsis condition over the last couple of years. She's very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend her for anyone one with psoriasis. And the staff at the office are always friendly and nice.
I was so impressed with Dr Armenta today. His surgical skills were amazing starting with the best numbing shot ever (which is usually the worst part). He kept me informed before he did the various components of the procedure, worked fast, let me know upon completion what had been done. I also appreciated his great connection with his nurse. It was truly a partnership of very competent people. Had to wait an hour to insure everything was completely removed in a nice separate waiting room. Suturing, bandaging and post—op instructions were handled in the same thorough and professional manner. Only recommendation, the patient and helper need to dress warmly.
Dr.Jogi was wonderful. It started before I arrived at the office. All the usual paperwork was completed online in advance, making the check-in frictionless. Then, since I was early, I was called to the exam room 20 minutes early, and the doctor arrived within 5 minutes. She was very personable, but very businesslike and on top of her game. This was a great experience that other doctors could learn from. It was clearly a best practice.
Dr. Jogi and her entire team are incredible. She has such a calm, confident energy, and from the minute she walked into the room I knew I was in good hands. It’s clear she truly cares about her patients. Every staff member I interacted with was just as welcoming, kind, and helpful. Now I understand why my wife was so insistent that I come here for my dermatology care. Thank you all for such a great experience — huge thanks!
3/14/2025: I saw Dr. Vaughn for the first time. My previous dermatologist retired, so I needed to get established with a new doctor. Without knowing the doctors in the practice and not having any recommendations, I selected this office due to location to/from work and home. The parking is very convenient. The main lot is a decent size and they have additional parking in a garage that is easy to get to. I got tired of the Memorial Hermann parking, so I was careful to avoid doctors in that area. When I entered the 3 story building, I was easily able to find the listing for the Village Dermatology and located the floor I needed. 3rd floor, stepped off the elevator and the office was right there. I love convenience and ease of doctors' suites. It's already nerve racking enough going to a new doctor, I don't need the stress of parking, trying to locate the suite, etc. I was immediately greeted by the front desk attendant when I walked in and noticed the decor was almost spa like. They have products displayed on the wall and comfortable seating. I was about 15 minutes early, so I expected to wait a bit. The nurse came to retrieve me within about 5 minutes. I had some concern they might want to sell me a bunch of procedures for aging skin, or tell me about the latest advancements on cosmetic type fixes. I was very surprised that was not the case. I made an assumption based on the products sold in the reception area. I was very happy to feel it wasn't about upselling me. The waiting room had music playing, which I loved. That made me feel ore at ease. Dr. Vaughn introduced herself and we talked about the concerns. She did a full body check and addressed my questions for the moles and other skin "issues". I've never had any issues of major concern, no skins cancers, etc, but I do like to have my skin checked each year due to the moles. I want to make sure they are not growing or need attention. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Vaughn. She is very thorough, pleasant, and explains things well. Some of the things I self diagnosed were completely wrong, so I am happy I went to get checked. I feel like I made a good choice. Online registration for new patients is a breeze. I highly recommend doing your paperwork before your visit and I recommend seeing Dr. Caroline Vaughn. Many dermatologists are self pay only. This practice takes insurance.
