Super professional and friendly service. They offered honest prices for a fraction of what dealers charge. And they were able to take care of a complicated headlight issue with my car - something a different shop couldn’t handle. Will be coming back for my car’s annual service for now on!
I can’t recommend Virginia Auto Service enough if you need to take your car to people who want ensure that they will stop at nothing to get your car repaired the right way. My older Jaguar that I am restoring had a parasitic battery drain that several places couldn’t diagnose and fix. Virginia Auto Service not only found the multiple problems, but when they ran into an issue without being able to get a replacement computer working the way it should spent several weeks finding a different path to get things resolved. Keenan and the whole team did an excellent job keeping me up to date and fixing a very unique and complicated problem for me on a car that has a ton of sentimental value to me. I can’t thank them enough and it was beyond refreshing to work with people that go above and beyond and care in their work. So if you have a complicated car problem no matter the model, take your car to Virginia Auto Service and talk to Keenan!!!!
The staff is all so sweet and friendly. Very personable and kind. I wanted to love this shop but the prices are nearly double what I was quoted at other auto shops in the area. I appreciate the time and quality customer service they provided. They did mention that part of the price was for the manufacturer’s part rather than after market, but for an expansion valve that is only about $50 more, when I was quoted $1,300 for the replacement and evac/recharge. They did provide an accurate diagnosis for the cost of $250 (separate than the repair) for my A/C issue. They also got me a ride home with uber which was very nice. Due to budget though, I had to get the repair done elsewhere. Overall, if you value excellent customer service as your top priority, this is one of the top auto shops in the area. They have a family vibe and sent follow up texts and a letter with a discount in the mail. However, if affordable pricing is a top priority, it may be better to go elsewhere.
