Roberto and his brother (Jose) are the best in the business. These guys are perfectionist when it comes to repairing a watch. Apart from the expertise they are extremely nice and easy to work with. I trust them and would 100% recommend!!

It was my first time and definitely not my last time using Vivero Watch Repair. Robert was a pleasure to deal with - personable, knowledgeable and focused on all of the details of my experience. The watch was having a winding problem - all good now, tuned, and the bracelet was repaired as well. Great service - highly recommended.

Robert was fantastic, he's clearly an expert who knows what he's doing when it comes to watches and he was very friendly as well. He resized my watch to a perfect fit in less than 5 minutes and at a very reasonable price. His shop is tucked in the corner of the sixth floor, just walk all the way around from the elevators and it's right there (#652). I would definitely go to him again for any future watch needs.

Robert was great! He removed some links from a few of my watches in no time. He made sure they were perfectly sized for my tiny wrist! I will be going back for the rest of my watches and watch services! Thank you again!!
