Joel Herrera was amazing but I've completely lost faith with the company. Their answering service can't seem to get their act together because they kept double booking me despite me calling and trying to straighten things out. Joel did amazing work but the price that I paid was so outrageous that I will never use this company again. I don't know what has happened to Wagner in the last year, but they no longer have my faith and trust.

Not only was he respectful and professional, but he really went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right AND met our requirements. 5/5 stars! Called Wagner Mechanical this morning concerning a leaking problem in my kitchen. Also requesting a new toilet installation. The service tech (Michael and Gabriel) came and accessed the problem, and fixed the kitchen sink problem. Michael checked and ordered a new toilet as requested, and replaced in a timely manner. Very impressed with their work ethics and professionalism. A BIG THANKS to Michael and Gabriel.
