Wallitsch Garden has a nice selection, but the prices are steep — I paid nearly $100 for a single rose bush. What’s more disappointing is that they don’t offer any kind of guarantee or replacement if the plant dies. For that price, I’d expect some level of assurance. Big box stores like Home Depot or Lowe’s offer plant warranties and will replace dead plants, which makes them a more reliable option for the lower cost

Been coming here for years, incredible selection of everything and anything and hard to find stuff. Very knowledgeable staff. Wallitsch's can be very pricey on lots of things. Maybe the nicest most well decorated and maintained nursery in the Louisville area,...worth a walkthrough. Lastly we got some advice on several potted plants for this spring and summer season... Turned out exceptional, take a look!

Great greenhouse. The plants are beautiful. Lots of hard to find plants for our zone as well. Not the cheapest by any means, but well worth it. They even offer discounts to bernheim members. We purchased a few trees for a new build. Will be back.

Great spot! A little pricey but definitely quality well taken care of plants. I'm willing to spend a bit more to support local and for obvious higher quality than big box stores. Also worth noting, though we were there just before closing the staff was helpful, smiling and full of conversation and advice- zero indication of being rushed out. I'll be coming back here for sure.
