Daniel did an awesome job fixing my hair up, will be back again, glad to have found a new barber to fix me up right.

My son came in for a walk-in appointment like we’ve done many times before. This time we had Doug Hawkins, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. He did not listen to what we asked for, and within the first few minutes it was clear the cut was not what we discussed. My son has been very unhappy with his hair for the past two weeks, and I’ve had to keep reassuring him that it will grow back. To make matters worse, we were also charged for an adult cut. Overall, very disappointing.

Alex Gulledge always does a great job cutting my hair and trimming my beard. He is very friendly and is an outstanding human being. I highly recommend.

My very picky 14 year old son needed a hair cut. His normal barber had to cancel on him. I've heard great things about Washington Park Barber Shop and after some coaxing I convinced my son to get his haircut by them. I was pleased that they accepted walk-ins. The friendly, young barber asked my son a couple of questions trying to get to know him. The barber was like, "I'm going to give you a 'football' style haircut. My picky son loves his haircut and would totally return to this barber shop. Be advised to take cash only. They do have an ATM, but I wasn't about to pay those bank fees.
