Dr Nick was amazing!! He greeted me with care, compassion and joy! He was extremely attentive and never made me feel dumb or paranoid about the questions for my concussion. I would choose him as a Dr. if we could!! I also felt cared for and seen by the gentleman at the welcoming desk. Overall it was the best experience I could have had needing to go to an Urgent Care!

This was the smoothest and quickest urgent care visit I’ve ever had. A scheduled appointment on a Sunday within 45 minutes of calling. Upon arrival, I was checked in immediately and brought back to see a provider within 5 minutes. I was in & out in less than 45 minutes. But the appointment was not rushed and the provider was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend .

All staff are very welcoming and kind. Dr. Foster has a great bedside manner and listened to all my concerns. I was out of urgent care within an hour. Thank you!

The actual staff at this location are wonderful! They are fast, kind, and efficient... But whoever does the billing are terrible!! They are very difficult to get on the phone to make a payment or talk about an issue - they want you to leave a message but the voicemail is turned off. I paid off my bill in entirety in October but still got a bill at the end of November for the same amount - getting it sorted out is proving a massive PITA. Calling billing results in either 1) Verizon notice that this number is temporarily unavailable 2) A prompt to leave a voicemail that doesn't work "due to high call volumes, this features is currently unavailable" 3) immediately disconnected. If they outsourced billing to another company... then they need to change companies ASAP because those guys suck and it's bringing down the whole operation. Update: called Wellcare back directly and the receptionist isn't able to see any billing information but she was wonderful on the phone and put in a ticket for their billing manager to call me back.

I’ve never been here, but I did go to a different location. They decided to fraudulently bill me through this location (which is not in network, but the other location is) because they have no clue what they are doing. Please do not go to this urgent care unless you want to deal with their lies and horrific practices for seven months after you go in for a quick visit. They have changed the address on my claim four times and put in a different Doctor who I did not see and now they are settled on this address, where I’ve never been.
