Chris was great, five stars all the way. He showed up on time and had the problem diagnosed in just a few minutes (dead pump). He had the part in his truck, and within an hour our spa was up and running again. Chris was easy to talk to and communicated well. I would have no hesitation using White Sands again.

Casey is the best! We hired him this time to fix our hot tub because it wasn’t heating the water and he just showed up and like magic he fixed it, it took several hours but he did such a great job and he always does, we’ve been using his services for maintenance too for a few years now and he always does it excellent.

For some reason, our hot tub stopped being hot. The heat wasn't working anymore so we called White Sands to come out and figure out what was wrong. Casey came out and was able to spot the problem immediately. It only took him an hour to fix it and in no time we were enjoying our hot tub once again. Thanks Casey.

Casey is very knowledgeable, hardworking and takes pride in what he does. I moved into a house with a hot tub but the tub was filthy. I knew this prior to moving in but it was the house itself that won me over and the hot tub was just a bonus. The owners didn't take one bit of care for the hot tub which is why I called White Sands to come and service the tub. Casey came out and was great and provided great customer service. You can tell that he loves what he does. He makes sure that he takes great care of you and your tub.I know that I'll be relying on White Sands for any other repairs or services.

I will rate them a perfect 10 out of 10. My spa quit working and I needed to find company to repair it. I called White Sands when I found them listed under spa repair and service. Casey came out and took a look at it. I was quite amazed at his expertise. There was no head scratching at all. He went right after it and in about ten minutes told me that he needed to go get the part. I was thinking that I would get a phone call telling me that it was a special order part. But he returned within an hour with the part and had me going shortly after that. Great job Casey. I know who I will call next time I have any issues with my spa.
