They will advertise to book and you pick a slot from their calendar, suddenly you will get a text, we are in high demand and uour appt is cancelled, this is not one time experience but 4th time. They never the provide alternate slots to pick from It seems they are just collecting data with low prices to attract customers and then not do anything Update Farzana from the clinic texted me to call back for appointment I called back and instead of being apologetic and fixing the problem, rudely asked me to delete my review as a condition for service. I believe in honest feedback, so I am sharing this experience to show how they handle complaints. Update and answer to your below justifications of this sham data collection practice: You waste someones time by inviting them to book and then send a message to call u back as you are holding the appointment, i call u to say we dont have any appointments, this is not the way to do business and then say to delete reviews to get service, listen to the recordings of your own staff and how they talk instead of blaming customers for aggressive behavior,
