Excellent results were obtained for all aspects of the work that was done. A beautiful cabinet sink was installed. Other extensive plumbing was completed with an artistic flair. John and assistant Jay were terrific to work with. They are the best.
Chris and Andrew did great work! They looked high and low for the correct vent coupling. Unfortunately this part will have to be ordered online as no local brick and mortar had it - they went to several in search of it. They were both very knowledgeable. Note: The attached picture is a work in progress of the furnace. The final version will have all black venting pipe, which H.L. Bowman will do when the part comes in.
I contacted Winters Home Services since they were on the National Grid Preferred Vendors list. They sent out a technician the next day. Tim was helpful and knowledgeable and provided a straight forward solution. We decided to replace the heating unit and Kyle Moore showed up the next morning as expected. He and his crew replaced our furnace in one day and left the house clean and tidy. They were courteous and professional. Wish all my service calls would go as smoothly. I would recommend Kyle and Winters Home Services 100%.
John was super friendly and helpful. He diagnosed several problems with our sinks, a shower, and a toilet, and fixed them all efficiently and well. He also taught us about the benefits of a new filtration system and helped us to decide on the best model for us. He and his helper installed the system in one long day. They were quiet and thoughtful as they came and went to and from their truck. He did a terrific job and was so nice to work with. I highly recommend him and Winters!
An old boiler went in our home. I have two boilers so it was only a matter of time for the second one. Called Winters and had someone at my house two days later. Zane was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed going with one large boiler with two zones (my wife and I own a two-family that has been utilized as a single family for last forty years). Ultimately, we opted to replace both boilers. Brian and crew were there the next day, tearing out the old and scrapping it, and unloading, transporting, and installing everything over the next three days. Meticulous work. I worked in the Building Trades for 50-years and I recognize and appreciate craftsmanship. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the smoothness of the entire experience from first phone call to final installation. The crazy part of the story is we have utilized a plumbing company for 30 years. I called him when the boiler went and he told me he retired two weeks earlier. Thanks to Winters entire team, we now know where to turn for all our heating/plumbing/cooling needs.
