I am writing to share my recent experience at your establishment. I arrived this Sunday at 8:05 PM, and despite the posted closing time of 9:00 PM, I was not greeted or welcomed by any staff members. When I eventually asked how the service worked, I was informed that the kitchen was already closed. It is disappointing to be turned away nearly an hour before the official closing time without any initial acknowledgment. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure better service and consistency with your operating hours in the future.

Took my toddler here for the first time and he had a great time. My only concern was that there were big kids constantly going into the toddler area. I'll definitely be taking my son back.
