I sent my New 2DS Xl to be repaired and well, it certainly came back. The new top screen is scuffed already and has a scratch on the screen, thanks. There is something to be said about the shoddy costumer service as well, taking days and missing times they said they would give updates. For how much I paid, I expected a better job. They do the job, but it doesn’t come back the prettiest.

I got my old 3DS repaired here! They were super communicative, and the drop off was seamless and easy! They quickly diagnosed that I had a LCD and motherboard issue, which I tried to fix it myself but I couldn't. Even so, they still were able to fix everything with no issue! Repairs only took 2 weeks. They even re-jailbroke my 3DS for me, which was so kind! The price was definitely justified for bringing my beloved 3DS back to life!

5 stars! I got my 3DS LL and 2DS LL repaired here. My consoles work great now! Prices: $200~ per console (3DS/2DS) Repairs: They both came back a little scuffed, but I put cases on them so it was ok. My 2DS came back noticeably dirty. Nothing crazy, I was able to clean all of it. The newly replaced 3DS screen appears lighter and harder to see. Understandable because it’s not genuine. Just a heads up. Service: It took a little over 2 weeks because we had to wait for the new pieces to arrive. I didn’t mind waiting, plus they gave me updates. Maybe they were busy and in a rush. Either way I’m happy. Thanks!

Xcubicle is a great company with outstanding communication and reliable service for all types of consoles. They handled 2 steam deck shell replacements and the internal hard drive upgrade to 2tb

Quick service and great transparency. Had to send my gpu in for repair after RMA was declined and got it back fixed relatively quickly! Works like a charm with no problems. Highly recommend for any other repairs and will definitely recommend to friends and family.
