The kids have a ball. The food is decent and quick. The staff are really amazing. For a group of very young People the service is friendly and efficient.
We lost my time here. It was a nice place but a few it was broken but I didn't mind. We still had a fun time! Definitely definitely recommend people to come here. Bye
Xtreme Bounce is supposed to be Autism Friendly sessions Saturday 10-12am. Today, they booked a large birthday party in for 11am. It ruined my sons morning and we had to leave when it arrived. PLEASE DON'T say you do Autism Friendly sessions when you don't accommodate this!!!!!
For surprise (25th) birthday in July my partner rang a week before to see if they do actual accommodate 2 adults only for bounce and to book two spots, the person on the phone said yes adults can go aswel as children and we didn’t need to book slots as Saturday was available to public . So on Saturday we headed down to Derry (we were in Burnfoot 20 mins away) we arrived and was packed full of kids birthday parties. We waited 10 mins til a member of staff assisted us. She gave us two forms and ask how many children is going ? My partner said two of us and women immediately said no we can’t let you on it without children. My partner explained “we rang week hand and ur staff member said it was okay”, she then said “we have two much birthday parties on today and we can’t let you on it cause of safety concerns ” I looked over at the entrance of the bouncing castle and there was multiple grownups and children on them there were most likey parents of the children . My partner was saddened by this as we did not have a back up activities and basically wasted fuel as only reason we went to Derry. I was up in Derry beginning of augest and brought my child to different play area as this place left me disappointed
Seriously overpriced and now recently it's been changed to sessions (1h) and the price remained the same! I don't think it'll take long until people catch on . I will say the kids had a good time but not long enough before there back out. The food is pretty good but in the future we'll be looking other venues especially birthday parties
