Elan is hands down the best barber. Every time I come in, he gets me exactly right clean, sharp, and consistent. He takes his time, pays attention to the details, and the cut always looks great even days later. Super professional, great vibe, and you can tell he really cares about his work. If you want the best cut, book with Elan you won’t regret it.
Isaak is probably the best barber I’ve ever been to. I used to go to the barbershop all the time, but then stopped to cut my own hair. Got pretty good at it, knowing exactly what I want. After about 10 years, I finally went back to a barbershop and realized I had no idea what to ask for or what to say. I gave him a vague description and he went 2/2 both times I went in the past couple months, cutting and styling exactly how I envisioned. Will be going back.
I schedule with Russell every time I get a trim. I'm sure the rest of the crew are great. I have a great experience with Russell and have been coming here for over three or four years. I'm pleased every time ans I feel fully confident when I walk out. Thank you.!!!
I've been going to 1st Choice on 67th avenue for many years - the owner Russel is my main barber. He has always done a great job. All are very friendly and the shop is well maintained. Today (Wednesday) I needed a haircut, so I went to Russel's new shop on 83rd, since I think Russel works there on most Wednesdays. As nice as the first place and a bit larger. Overall, I highly recommend 1st Choice at either location.
