I would not recommend this place for proper professional empathy and compassion for animals. Every staff member, Dr / Vet should not be employed here when they have no heart for animals. Every staff member is rude and argumentative and the vet is very unprofessional and argumentative as well instead of listening to us advocating for animals who obviously can’t speak for themselves. This business used to be amazing years ago. So disappointing now.

**STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC** If your pet needs fast, life-saving care—this is not the place. My daughter brought our dog in during a critical life or death emergency after being hit by a car, and instead of immediate help, she was met with pressure and a single high-cost option. No flexibility. No urgency. Just business as usual while precious time ticked away. My daughter was upset, crying and all they did was worry about money and treat her like she was poor. They said they couldnt do anything unless she paid $1,500.00 upfront or they wouldnt touch her. Unfortunately, Our dog passed away in their care. The Pet Drs at this clinic lack compassion, sympathy & were VERY RUDE! Money is more important than caring for their patients. This clinic made it painfully clear: unless you can afford their way, there is no way. When time matters, that can be deadly. It’s clear this clinic and Veterinarians dont truly care about animals—only money. In one of the most critical and terrifying moments, they chose to focus on cost instead of the animal, and any sense of urgency was completely absent. There was no compassion, no flexibility—just a cold, transactional approach when time and empathy were everything. Pets and their families deserve better.

A joke honestly. STAFF IS UNFRIENDLY TO CAT OWNERS, IF YOU HAVE A CAT , RUNNN AWAYYY and wait till another vet opens. $115 to get checked in, then they charged me another $150 for “emergency” even though this already is an emergency clinic. My son had his leg hurt by our other cat. He was in so much pain he couldn’t move. We brought him in and the vets didn’t even know HOW TO CARRY HIM. THEY ASKED US TO CAREY & MOVE HIM AROUND. The lady then proceeded to try to extend my son’s legs and he’s already crying in pain, and my boyfriend rushed in to save the vet from getting bit. He seen how uncomfortable he was being treated and my som bit his dad got bit due to their negligence of holding him incorrectly. They then proceeded to give us a BITE ACCIDENT paperwork to describe what happen, we asked why we had to fill it out, and they said because my son is “dangerous”. Aka you didn’t know to hold my pet. Then proceeded to tell me I’d be 1.5k for X-rays & blood work. Then added $200 worth of malicious. Ended up being 1,7800. Before they took him back , then then proceeded to asked me if I’d like to pay $800 to try to resuscitate him in the event he codes on the table. HE WASNT GOING IN FOR SURGERY, why are we talking about resuscitating, I asked what is the percentage of him surviving if they resuscitate, they said less than 10%, and they will STILL charge me same price if he dies. Completely taking advantage of crying parents. Once his X-rays came in the vet then decided to say they couldn’t help him and they weren’t a triage clinic, WHICH WAY HILARIOUS because they have triage signs everywhere . THE VETS DID NOT KNOW WHAT THEY WHERE TALKING ABOUT. They read off a news article and had no other explanation or details. Just simple, we can’t help here, try somewhere else’s and processed to hurt my cat even more in the back while putting him into a carrier I didn’t ask for and try to charge me $25 for a cardboard box. PLEASE RUNNNN , I PROMISE JUST WAIT TILL THE MORNING. Was completely horrified off our experience, we then went to 2 different vet’s locations who actually took care of our even if they couldn’t help., they knew what they were talking about and found the perfect long term solutions the same medicine they prescribed him at pet 24/7 was $158, at any other vet it’s only $27.39. SCAMMMMMMM , run and never come back.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Fast, effective and affectionate! My dog had trouble urinating and we took him in around 7 pm on a Sunday, received treatment and medication and was gone by 930. My regular vet highly recommends this place and I will now as well! Thank you all for everything you do.

24/7 petvets was so helpful when it came to the care of our pets and recommended us to go to our pets vet when needed. They saved us monet and time when it was important to us. When it came time to put our precious baby (Mila) down they were so supportive for a emergency vet when they did not have to. The paw prints we received was the third hardest thing we had to do. The second was picking up her ashes. The receptionist was very respectful to us and our feelings. We will not take our pets anywhere else.
