This space was very nice! It gave that Loft/warehouse feel in the city! I would definitely love to decorate the space again!
When I booked this venue for my Wife’s birthday, I wanted to have an intimate dinner with friends and family and I gotta say that the execution was flawless. Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A rooftop dinner for 30 people with beautiful city views, AND they took care of the planning. I will definitely be booking future events here and I highly recommend it!

Our fundraising team is always looking for event spaces to host gatherings and celebrations for the city. This past Black History Month, we worked with 310 Studios and had a blast. We were able to set up space for 10 Black business vendors' tables, a kitchen to serve food, 2 spaces for an open bar, room for outdoor furniture and lighting, a DJ, hookah, and more. Plenty of people showed up and donated in what was an amazing turnout. We would LOVE to use their event space again. Thank you 310!
I recently worked with 310 Studios to partner up for a city-side Black History Month fundraiser, and it was the best decision! Not only were they timely, knowledgeable, and accommodating, the event space was everything our guest could hope for (and then some). So happy that they were able to bring the city together for a great cause, and host our employee resource group's members without an issue. Kudos to the entire staff and ownership.
