We had Jay from Ultra 360 Detail clean our SUVs, and he did an absolutely amazing job! They hadn’t been detailed in a couple of years, and he brought them back to looking and feeling brand new. Jay was extremely responsive and clearly pays great attention to detail. It’s obvious he’s very knowledgeable about how to clean different materials safely and effectively. Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Jay also provides continuing advice for paint care and checks in to make sure the product is performing as expected. Cannot say enough positive things. Strongly recommended!
