Although we knew the process of buying a home, we had never sold a house before. Trying to do both during a pandemic was a daunting task. To make things even harder, we were already set on moving to a very specific neighborhood, despite low inventory around the Denver metro. And that’s why we’re so glad we found Jesse Dixon and Ryan Penn at 360 Dwellings. Jesse was always at the ready when new listings showed up. He set up viewings quickly and even found an off-market opportunity when there were no new listings for a few weeks. He was quick to respond to emails and texts, and gave us great advice throughout the process. As luck would have it, our new home showed up while Jesse was on vacation, but Ryan stepped in and helped us seal the deal. Ryan had great negotiating skills and prevented us from overpaying in a frantic seller’s market. Once under contract, we had great support from Jesse, Ryan, and the 360 Dwellings staff as we worked through the closing process. We really appreciated the electronic contracts, and the online calendar was great for keeping track of all of the deadlines. The sale of our old home was just as seamless. Ryan suggested the use of Guest House, a high end staging company using locally made furniture and home decor products. Our house looked incredible - and to be honest, better than when we lived there! We were under contract two days after listing, with a purchase price over asking! We can't recommend Ryan Penn enough. As first time home buyers (in the midst of a global pandemic), we were a bit overwhelmed at first by everything that went along with it. But Ryan was truly fantastic from start to finish. He knew we were interviewing other realtors and he took the time to truly earn our business. It started with a professional and in-depth review of the entire process. We looked at one another after our first call and knew that Ryan was the best we had seen. He was thorough, thoughtful, kind, and so patient answering our endless questions. He educated us throughout the process and we never felt pressured to make any decisions. Once we put in our offer, he patiently walked us through every step and was extremely present all the way through to the day of our closing. And he even called shortly after we closed to make sure we were settling into our new home! Ryan and his team were always on top of deadlines, which was so appreciated and allowed us to not have to stress about those details. We love Eddie!!! Eddie Lederman helped me and my fiancé look for a house in July 2020 when inventory was low and it was a complete sellers market. From day one he was very responsive, respectful and genuinely cared about what kind of house we were looking for. He showed us last minute showings, and was honest when a house was overpriced, or not worth it while being 💯 respectful. We ended up getting a house $20k under original list price with the cleanest inspection we have ever seen! When we went under contract, he was very helpful with our mortgage company with multiple communications and fought for us when the mortgage company failed on multiple fronts. Neil was awesome to work with as our buyer’s agent in Denver! He was super easy to work with, and was very organized and professional.
