First visit for Truman, the almost 6 yr old Bernese Mountain Dog. A wellness checkup and update on vaccines. Easy sign up on line, easy completion of health history on line, the vet tech, then the vet (Dr Sliwa), were both great - Truman loved the gentle attention he got from them. I appreciated Dr Sliwa’s explanations about various health issues, and of the options for treatment. Based on this first visit, I would recommend 5 Points to any person with a beloved pet who needs a vet!

Being new to Nashville, I wasn't sure where to start into a relationship with a practice, as my previous vet and vet staff where my team for 20 years. There wasn't any pressing urgencies, other than obtaining flea/tick as well as heartworm medicine for my girl. I felt we were welcomed and more importantly, my girl at ease with everyone, catered to. I would have only good reviews for the company as a whole and again after only one visit, feel strong enough to not only leave a glowing review but would certainly recommend them to a friend. On a side note, my lights had been left on in my car and I needed a jump as they were closing for the day. One of the staff with a "heart of gold" not only provided that service but again, more importantly, allowed Geraldine to sit in her air-conditioned car while we jumped my own automobile. There are good/great people out there and it feels amazing to know that you can find them at the place you and yours rely on.

We just recently moved to the area and were recommended 5 Points Vet by a local cat dad! They greeted us (and our wee kitty who will get into anything he’s not supposed to) with kindness and the utmost professionalism. Dr. Colclough was so great, knowledgeable, and passionate about our kitty’s wellbeing!

My first visit with , Samson, my pittie-staffy was wonderful! The onboarding with Anna was seemless and welcoming like talking to friend. The vet and tech were equally as friendly and knowledgeable regarding his general well-being. I'm especially surprised and grateful that the tech was able to trim Samson's nails without a sedative or any drama-trauma. Amazing!

I recently switched to 5 Points with my senior cat, who sadly was only able to make 2 trips there. The entire team was incredibly compassionate and accommodating throughout the entire process, then sent a sympathy card full of heartfelt messages from at least 6 staff members. One even mentioned him being with my other kitty now, which I only mentioned once in the exam room at our initial visit. This was so meaningful to me, and I have since brought my dog there for care as well. I've now met 2 different veterinarians there, and as a former veterinary practice manager, I can honestly say I've found the place I'll always bring my pets.
