Jayson is great at what he does and provides personal training plans to each client. He helped me get back into working out after having kids and has kept me motivated with evolving plans and goals for 2+ years. It's a comfortable and welcoming space to anyone of any fitness level. Jayson created a detailed full scale program and regimen for me, and the results were amazing. Enthusiastic, creative, intuitive and deeply in touch with his clients' needs and goals, Jayson is unique among trainers in terms of his vision and understanding. He takes the work seriously, but makes it fun, knows how to motivate, when to challenge and, most importantly, how to tailor a specific program for each individual he works with. You could not ask for better in a trainer. His facilities are also top notch. All in all I couldn't recommend 520 Personal Training more.
