I’ve had a fantastic experience at 99medispa! Staff has been absolutely wonderful—she really took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor the treatments accordingly. I’ve noticed a real improvement in my skin since starting sessions and staff always makes me feel comfortable. I like the location that it’s close to train stations - good for peak traffic! Highly recommend if you’re looking for genuine care and great results!
I did my first Picosure session at 99 Medispa and I’m so happy with it. The staff were friendly and explained everything really clearly. The treatment was quick and not as uncomfortable as I expected — just a light snapping feeling with cooling air that made it easy to get through. I only had a bit of redness for a few hours and already noticed my skin looking brighter after just one session!
Extremely not recommended. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They completely ignore inquiries—if you can not decide the date of an in-person consultation, the consulter simply disregards your questions and behaves very rudely. Aesthetic clinics are everywhere nowadays. Do we have so much money that we don’t know where to spend it? Why would we choose your clinic? The positive reviews online are probably fake and paid for.
I had my first Fotona 4D treatment at this spa and the staff made me feel so comfortable, explaining each step of the process. My skin already feels tighter, smoother, and more radiant after just one session. I can see a noticeable difference in my smile lines. The whole experience was relaxing, professional, and so worth it. I can’t wait for my next session!
