Absolutely excellent communication from A-1. They kept me up to date every step of the way, I didn't expect that at all but he notified me even if the new info was small. They went over the top with their customer service alone. I will forever be a customer.

Great experience! I drive truck & my Naxa tv stopped scanning channels. The quick fix didn't work, but he found a way to bypass that with an extra part. Excellent job & very fair pricing. Even said to call if I needed help figuring out how to use the "bypass"! Thank you so much!

I had a few issues arise with my particularly tedious to service projector, which Dan and his techs were able to skillfully resolve. Pricing was transparent and communication clear throughout the process. I would gladly return with any future electronics issues; in an age of disposable everything, it was heartening to walk into a storefront full of repairs!
