I had a cracked pipe below the surface that caused the pool to lose almost 2 inches of water daily. The tech immediately was able to find the crack through pressure testing and repaired in one day! Affordable pools is great to work with, I would definitely use them again!
We recently had our DE filter and chlorinator replaced by A-Affordable. While replacing our DE filter, the tech noticed our check valve wasn't chlorine resistant and was pretty much destroyed. We had him inatall a new check valve. Later Jeff called and told us the parts store sent the wrong check value, and A-Affordable would come back and replace the incorrect part for free. It has been a long time since I have had someone admit a mistake happened and then fix it for free. These guys really do quality work and care about doing the right thing.
I called them and about 10 others in June. Not only did they answer the phone....which is rare but Jose was super friendly. They were able to repair my pool equipment in a few days. Everyone else I called it would take 3-5 days to get a call back or event get someone out just to look at my equipment. Secondly, during the repair service Jeff was very communicative. I also had them come out to look at stonework repairs, and repairing hail damage on the deck. I learned so much from John the owner who came out to look at the repairs. As a result, I will be switching over my monthly service to them as well. Very communicative, quality and timely repairs.... Just great people!!!
A affordable Pools is a great company to do business with. They are reliable and keep their commitments. I have no worries about my pool anymore. No longer hassle and worry about my pool maintenance. Best money you will ever spend. I now spend my weekends relaxing and enjoying my pool rather than running to pool supply store to get chemicals trying to figure out how to keep my pool sparkling clean. I called 14 pool companies around north DFW at 5pm one night because I needed a pool inspection ASAP in order to close on my new house. Jeff with A Affordable was one of TWO who answered my call, and he beat the price of the other company by half! Jeff got me scheduled the very next day and true to his word went out to inspect. However, the pool wasn’t in working condition (sellers fault)…and from that point forward this whole situation became an absolute mess. I must have contacted Jeff a million times over the next 4 days as I went back and forth with the sellers of the house, trying to get the pool handled so we could close. Jeff was gracious, accommodating , patient, and supportive anytime I needed a new inspection (he had to go out three separate times!) or had questions about the pool. We FINALLY got the pool fixed, inspected (by Jeff), and we closed on our house! A Affordable earned my business for life. As soon as we move in I’m having them come out to make sure it’s swim-ready for summer. Thank you thank you thank you, you will never know how much I appreciate you!
