Excellent coffee and pastries. The vibe is comfortable and great to get some work done. Everyone is extremely kind.
Stopped in while traveling home. Great service, friendly folks, and the coffee was very good. Bought a bag of their dark roast to take home. First cup this morning did not disappoint. We will definitely be back when we travel up the way next time.
In town for a meeting a searched coffee shops near me and A Special Blend popped up. I was not disappointed. The staff greeted me with a “good morning” when I walked in. There was plenty of seating for staying guests. There was a low ambient level of music playing and there several food items displayed for purchase. The coffee was absolutely spot on. I also had a blue berry pond cake that was very moist and had a great taste without being too sweet. Absolutely wonderful coffee shop.

Pros: -super clean space. -varied seating options -looks like there’s a separate room for remote workers or groups that need a meeting space. I loved that -I like their name-calling concept of giving people different adjectives such as joyful, cheerful, etc. -specialty drinks are lovely What I recommend: -the lumberjack latte!! -surprisingly, their savory scone. I’m not a scone person, because I usually think they’re too hard, but they warmed it up for me and it tasted so good. If you’re looking for something small, light, and savory, I highly recommend
