Had a complete frontend R&R done on a 2017 Honda Ridgeline FWD truck. Anthony at A & T Automotive Services is an utmost professional to work with. He coordinated the repairs needed with my extended warranty company which ended up saving me several thousand dollars. His automotive technicians had my truck repaired in two day… phenomenal service. The best recommendation I can give is to say that I have a 1997 Toyota 4Runner that I’m taking in for repair with Anthony & his crew at A & T Automotive… nuff said. 👍😎👌
BUYER BEWARE! I'm giving one star because I can't give zero or negative. We brought our car to this place to check out a noise under the hood. We were told it was the alternator and it would cost $3k for the part and it would take months to get it. My girlfriend mistakenly gave the owner her cc to possibly order the part, but she wanted to speak with me first. The owner decided to order the part on his own and when we found out, she told him she never authorized the transaction. He told her there was a 35% restocking fee. We never authorized him to order the part. We had to drive down to his shop to get a refund of the remainder of the money. Only because I went with my girlfriend did he give her "a little more back". Also, when my girlfriend was there alone and found out about the repair, the owner said he had a friend would would sell her a car and buy her car. Who does that? The shadiness of this place is palpable. I have since contacted the Alabama Attorney General's office, the BBB, and a personal attorney. If you are in need of an auto repair, please go somewhere else. You will regret going here as they will prey on people they view as vulnerable. You have been warned.
My daughter had an auto emergency. Anthony was referred to her. He had the vehicle picked up and told her that it would be ready the next day. I was so impressed by the level of service. Thank you for taking great care of my daughter's car and easing her stress! While we were waiting I asked for the price of an oil change on my 20+ year old, off grid(no electrical features) LOL vehicle and could I schedule an appointment. He told me he could do that in 30 minutes! I left Lil Red with him. If you need to have your auto serviced, I recommend A & T Automotive Services 1000%! Semper Fi!!!
Not only was the price right to put on a new mirror for my Ford but excellent service! The owner Anthony Bogan a very friendly guy with a comfortable waiting area! Will definitely come back and have already recommended them to friends. Thank you, A & T Automotive for having my car fixed up and going in such a short time!
