AtoB has managed my rental house in San Jose for the last decade or so, starting in 2014. Property Management is a hard business and they did a great job keeping it fully rented the whole time, helping coordinate repairs and upgrades including getting multiple quotes and putting up with my micro managing. Of course it was not 100% passive and stress free but overall I had a very good experience and especially appreciate the hard work by Diana and Nayelly. This year I put my house on the market as I decided I will never move back there and I think it's a good time in the real-estate cycle to sell. They helped me give the tenants notice and get them moved out while I listed it and got it sold. They gave me priority and urgency in dealing with tenant issues and getting last minute repairs done before the closing date even though they knew I was not going to need their services anymore. The sale has closed now so I just wanted to share my positive experience.

I have rented a home through A to B for about 8 months now and have had a great experience. I was having a hard time finding a home in the Bay that met all of our requirements. After checking a few places out where management seemed to be very rude and biased, I found A to B online and decided to tour a home from them. From the beginning to our move in day the process was quick and easy. The ladies in the office are very respectful and kind. When I first applied, I was dealing with Maria and Nayelly they were efficient and on top of everything. I've submitted a couple of maintenance requests through Luci and Diana, and they are always respectful, and they get done in a timely manner. So far I could not be any happier, I made the best choice when going with A to B. My family and I are extremely pleased with the company and the home. Thank you guys! 10/10 service
