I’m extremely satisfied with their work. They added new zippers to my canvas and leather jacket in a reasonable amount of time. They only use high quality ykk zippers which says a lot about their commitment to quality. Very fair pricing. Would definitely visit again in the future.

I’ve been a customer here for a few years, but unfortunately the quality has been declining steadily, and this latest visit was especially bad. I brought in two pairs of pants and both came back with significant issues. First pair (grey pants with side stripes): I specifically asked them to maintain the original side slits when hemming these. Not only did they not recreate the slits properly, but the execution was really poor. The slits are visibly uneven in length, and there are loose threads hanging out everywhere. The finishing looks nothing like the clean, professional work the pants originally had. Second pair (blue striped pants): On the hem of this pair, there’s thread showing through where it absolutely should not be seen. The thread showing through ruins the appearance of the pants. I expect alterations that at least match the original construction quality of the garments. Both pairs looked like they were done hastily without attention to detail. And the way they were altered ruined the quality and look of the pants. I’m disappointed because I used to trust this place with my clothing, but I can’t recommend them anymore based on recent experiences. If you have good quality clothes that you care about I advise taking them elsewhere.

My favorite vintage jeans developed large rips in multiple spots. They were near unwearable when i brought them to this tailor. I’m so happy with their work and my pants are wearable again!! Thank you so much for your fantastic work. I will for sure be coming to this store again for any other patching and tailoring needs

I wanted to give these guys a chance but they really failed. I have a jersey in which I was replacing the jersey name plate. I provided the letters and the new nameplate all lined up, the job was to sew the letters permanently in place using the same stitch pattern and replace the old nameplate with this new nameplate. I thought it was a little complex and was OK paying quite a bit for a good result. I confirmed with the person if this was doable and they said yes. When I returned the FIRST time the nameplate was simply stitched underneath the nameplate that needed to be removed. The letters which I also paid extra for were not stitched at all. They apologized and said it would be fixed. I came back today 9/30 and while they “did the job” they did it poorly. I’m not interested in refunds I just want everyone to have a honest view of the work. Can’t sew in a straight line and then also make egregious mistakes and not even try to fix them? I don’t think I would trust these folks for even low impact/regular work based on the (lack of) attention to detail.

Highly recommend this place!! I got 30 patches sewn onto a jean jacket and it came out perfect :) They also helped with pinning the patches down and fixing a broken pillow cover zipper. Wonderful service and amazing work!
