I used Abby’s several time this year. They are excellent Repair, watches, Chains. They do it all quickly and a very reasonable fees. Highly recommend the store. I’m going to the Sheridan store next and check out the new selection of Bulova watch’s
I needed a pendant changed to a different chain and they provided great service! They gave me multiple options and we're transparent with their pricing. I thought I would be dropping it off but they had the work done in 5 minutes. Appreciate them and will use them again in the future.
I stopped at Abby's for the first time because I needed a new battery for my watch. I'd never been there and I was beyond impressed with everything. The staff is warm, friendly and not pushy. The selection is vast and all of the pieces are gorgeous. They changed my watch battery in less than 5 minutes and I may or may not have bought a pair of earrings while I waited:)
I went into Abby’s to replace 3 watch batteries. Very welcoming staff…….and I even met Abby, nice lady. New batteries quickly replaced and very reasonable. I didn’t have time to shop but the cases were glittering with pretty items. It’s great they have a midtown location on Harvard.
Went in looking for a replacement ring because my ring had lost a stone and the repair job was terrible. Abby made me an incredible deal and I walked away with a custom piece! Very happy with my interactions and look forward to picking up my new ring! Picked my ring up and I am in LOVE! Went back and bought some matching hoops! This is my new jewelry store. The jewelry and deals are absolutely a 5 star. One guy not so much a 5star.
