Excellent customer service. Bought the knee scooter I rented from them after my foot surgery two yr ago, and they pumped up the tires again for me this week before my foot surgery now. Highly recommend them for any mobility needs.

Highly Recommended A++++ If you’re in need of any mobility assistance from sales, rental, repairs this is the place One stop shop They rent, sale, repair, service wheelchairs, canes, accessories, to seated knee scooters. Outstanding Customer Service. I was having a rough day to put it lightly with medical issues, The entire staff was Absolutely Amazing with there Very Extensive Knowledge, friendliness and learning, understanding what I needed to best help (I left smiling) The gentleman there even loaded my rental scooter in the car. This place is a Gem Thank you so much

We visited San Antonio and in the last minute realized that we need a wheel chair. We called Shawn and he delivered one to our hotel before we arrived and picked it up when we left. When my wife and I arrived in San Antonio, her scooter was damaged by the airline. No one could figure out why it worked. We took it to Ability Scooter just before closing, within hours Charlie & Barby made it good as new. I cannot say enough about the excellent work and friendly service we received.
