Technician James McDonagh came two ahead to do a non-cost gas furnace inspection, very helpful verbal explanation and detailed write-up. James provides these services: 1) Installed Hot Surface Ignitor; 2) Cleaned Blower Motor & Wheel; 3) Put in new filters. Gas heat running nicely, no problems. Highly recommend services of ABLE for both heating and cooling.

Able Heating and Cooling installed a heat pump and air handler for my family and removed the old gas furnace and AC unit. The installation team was fast, professional, and communicated with me on everything they were doing. They answered all my (probably dumb) questions like they've never been asked that before and were extremely respectful of my house while performing the work both inside and outside. From the quote process, Louis Wolf took the time to listen to my concerns and offered potential solutions to zoning an older ducted system. Louis and the office team met with me and helped schedule immediate install, as well as deal with any contract/quote concerns I had (timeline was compressed due to grant funding for a portion of the project). The install took 2 days (really 1 and a half) and they had a whole slew of people to get everything done quickly and professionally. Andres was the lead installer and was very helpful and patient. Day 1 they had Daniella, Kevin, Brian, to assist in removal of the old system. Since we were without heat, Louis came by to drop off a radiator for us to borrow. Day 2 had the same group, as well as Joseph, Luis, and Jesse. The team ran the line set through the attic and minimized wall penetrations, they worked with me to make sure the routing of the line sets were aesthetically pleasing. I don't write many reviews, but Able Heating and Cooling had a terrific team, and they've been a great group to work with. Again, the whole crew was professional, respectful, and extremely helpful. I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC install or repair needs. Their electrical subcontractor, Elevate NW Electric, was also extremely helpful and responsive.

I had a great experience using Able Heating & Cooling to install a heat pump at my home. Louis, my technician, went above and beyond. He was friendly, professional, and clear, and that, combined with Able's competitive pricing, made them a clear first-rate choice. Day of installation, Luis, Brian, and Daniela came by and delivered on the scope of work without any surprises. They did a great job communicating with me, and to cap it off Brian gave me a final walkthru. I'm more than satisfied with my new system. After two months of usage, my heating costs are >30% cheaper than Oct-Dec last year, and I'm definitely looking forward to having air conditioning this summer and not relying on a noisy wall unit. Luis and his teammate were exceptionally courteous men. They worked hard and knowledgeably with little of interaction with me unless necessary. They added some touch ups which made the end result look very nice. Good workmanship!

Brandon with ABLE Heating & Air serviced my furnace and AC unit today. He discovered that my AC unit was extremely low on refrigerant so I agreed that he should add enough to bring it up to the recommended level. He was punctual, thorough, professional, and clearly explained what he was doing and what I could do. I will definitely continue to have them service my units.
