I do not recommend hiring attorney Bruno. On the day of my mediation, she reported being “sick” and sent a substitute attorney whom I had never met. That person was given my case the same morning and was unfamiliar with the details, which significantly harmed my representation. In addition, her paralegal—who is also her mother—was consistently rude and unprofessional. Their office was extremely disorganized, unreliable, and at times dishonest. She also failed to properly notify me of my deposition date and expected me to attend on a day when I was scheduled to see patients. Furthermore, she cut my settlement check and took her portion without notifying me in advance. If you value timely communication, professionalism, and competent representation, I strongly recommend finding a different attorney. Otherwise, be prepared for years of delays and inadequate service.
