Well Abra was not able to repair my vehicle and we had to wait for parts. It turns out the repairs would exceed its worth. They went out if their way to accommodate us the length of time and went above and beyond to satisfy us.
I had a smooth experience, they were on time with the repairs even having the car out a day or two before the estimated time and the job was well done, kudos to the team. What stood out for me was the exceptional customer service, John called to give updates on the car repair progress every day. Abra sent progress updates on message regularly. I had a great experience with Abra. James and Chase were very thorough, detailed, friendly, and informative every step of the way during my repair process. My car was done earlier than quoted and it looks amazing. I highly recommend this company to every one and will use their services again if needed.
I used Abra for a repair that I was paying out of pocket. I asked for the quarter panel, just above the tail light to be repaired/painted and the front fender painted. I received a quote for that work to be done. I agreed to the amount and took the car in. I got the car back in a timely manner, but the color seemed off. I was told that it was an old car and that the clear caused to paint to darken. I was told there wasn't much they could do about it. I was offered some money off of the job, which I took. I was willing to take the discount and be done with it even though I wasn't happy. Then, I was also told that my front fender wasn't fully painted and only touched up near the hood area. So, I really didn't get anything off of the cost of what was ACTUALLY done because my quote included painting the whole front fender. The body work above the tail light is not good at all. The crisp line that's supposed to meet the tail light is flat and rounded off (see photo). Also, I had to pull the emblems off because of the poor tape job they did on them and the fact that the "5" was not positioned correctly (picture of the tape showing behind the lettering included). They were nice folks and seemed like they were genuinely trying their best, but I wouldn't take anything there.
