Absolutely Heating and their team are awesome. My family and I are so appreciative of their dedication to ensure my family got a heating system that fit our family needs in a timely manner. From the first call to them, I felt a connection that would see the entire process through for me. Deandre showed up to my home evaluated it and recommended options that fit well for me. Dave worked with me through the financing process and gave me options that were quick and affordable to get my home heated quickly. Never thought I'd be able to have a brand new state of the at boiler in my home, but Absolute Hearing and Air came through and helped me and my family at a critical time. The crew that installed it started until the job was done. They worked in the cold and finished it in a day. I'm a single parent 4 and grandmother of two less than 1 month old grandsons and they made it happen. They are caring, committed and honorable. They perform their craft as if it's easy and everyday work because it's their way of doing things. They said it, they did it and I'm grateful. Best Heating and air conditioning company ever!!! Both DeAndre & Brad were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. They both were friendly, took the time to thoroughly check every component of my boiler system, even beyond the main problem, to make sure there wasn't over issues masking behind the main problem. Absolute as a whole has been very friendly and professional from placing the call for service through their Tech Team. And most importantly, they continuously called to keep me informed on parts being ordered, when the parts were received and when a technician will arrive. From A to Z, every step was hassle and worry free.
These guys are a scam, I thought this was a local shop. this isn't even their business location this is some random guys house they are out of morgantown. They charged me 125dollars just to splice and cap a wire. And 400 dollars to replace a simple 30 dollar switch. They Tried to argue about "expertise" my dad has been in the industry for 50 years and he said no way on God green earth should that service cost that much. On top of everything they charged me an extra 99 dollars for a diagnostic fee for a grand total of 700dollars for a job that should have cost no more than 300 dollars tops. Save you money and go someplace else these guys will scam you and take everything you've got. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau
My first point of contact were the ladies in the office Tara, Rochelle and Tiana- All amazing and customer service is top notch. They put me in contact with Sean who did my evaluation, he was very kind, punctual, knowledgeable, and treated my home with respect and care. My next contact was Tara Kaylee, her kind loving demeanor when calling for dispatch was welcoming. My techcians Tristan and Garrett came on time. They talked me through their process and went above and beyond for my duct cleaning. Even when they hit a bump in the road they stayed until the issue was resolved!! Their wore booties over their shoes which was great for my littlest in the home and even played with Blu my 100+ pounds PitBull. Amazing team from start to finish- thanks everyone♡
Brad and Michael were absolutely amazing while fixing my sister’s boiler system which is a complicated process. Brad stayed late to make sure everything was in working order and both he and Michael were very professional and knowledgeable. I can’t thank Brad enough for going that extra mile to help my sister and doing an outstanding service for her. He worked tirelessly to complete the job which the area he was working in was difficult and kept smiling. Thank you so much and if I could give 100 stars I would!
