I started to train with Ricky 6 months ago. And it has been an amazing journey. Ricky really focuses on his clients. From fixing form while Lifting, to adjusting any exercises to avoid pain or strain that is happening. I had a weak lower back and the the first month I wasn’t able to lift much weight but with the adjustments Ricky showed me my lower back is getting stronger and stronger and the pain is going away. Ricky is super focused on clients diet plans. Constantly adjusting food choices to help you stay committed and full. Since I started my dad and wife have also gave Ricky a chance and they are super happy. Ricky is the best trainer I have had not just for my body but also helps in motivation and self confidence.
