Yolanda was super thorough with her training and made me feel very comfortable with performing cpr in an emergency!! Would recommend her to anyone who’s needing their certification for BLS or any life saving programs!!
Yolanda was THEE best! She started off by asking a little about us and why we were wanting to get CPR certified and explained why she started doing the class. She was very thorough and explained the nooks and crannies that the videos didn't mention, such as tapping the baby to see if they're responsive. She was patient with us and gave us feedback in a professional manner. I will definitely be looking for her if I ever need to take the class again. To be honest, her passion for the skills makes me feel a little guilty for using the word *if.* hahaha
My experience learning CPR/BLS at Abundant Healthcare Training Academy was great! Yolanda’s style of training made things easy to comprehend and no question went unanswered. She definitely makes you feel comfortable and her years of experience as a nurse was an add bonus!
I really enjoyed this class. This was the best CPR class I’ve ever been to. The instructor was very knowledgeable and experienced with all of the questions. She made sure that each of us understood , and what we were doing. I loved all the hands - on training . Most CPR never use an AED! I have got to experience my first AED! Thank you Yolanda!
Mrs.Yolanda is AWESOME!!! She takes her time with you and she ensures that you are comfortable and know the proper way to handle each situation. It’s was nice to have a class that covered CPR, FIRST AID, CHOCKING and AED in one class. Class was clean and in order.
