AMAZING roofing contractor -- good service, attention to detail, timeliness and honesty. About 3 years ago, I got quotes from every company in town for my roof replacement. In a sea of dishonest salesman, Maston really stood out as the only honest man who told me I didn't actually need a new roof yet. He gave me recommendations for small repairs (much more detailed of a report than any other company) and he also provided a quote for a full roof replacement, at a better cost than any competitor. Maston was the only HONEST man amongst the herd of deceptive contractors. Although I did not need a new roof back then, when it came time for my roof replacement after some bad hail storms and years of wear, I knew exactly who to call. Maston was excellent, even coordinating the preparation while he was on vacation, to stay on track with our schedule. The work was completed on time and on budget. All in all, I'm very happy with my experience! Best roofing company in Austin TX! Hire these guys and you won't regret it.
Highly highly recommend Ace Roofing.. Cole is amazing. Called him the evening of the 3/4/25 windstorm and he was out the next morning to inspect and patch everything. I got quotes from other roofers previously but it was very clear they the others just wanted every penny they could get for a roof replacement. Cole/Ace really took care of me and they use only high quality materials. New roof was on 10 days after I first called. Contractors were great. Got here at 7 and left before 2 and not a single trace left behind. I truly feel you’re missing out if you don’t at least let Cole/Ace come out to inspect and give you a quote whenever you need work done. Entire process really couldn’t have gone smoother. 12/10.
Ace Roofing did a great job with my house. They took care of all of it - shingles, drip edge, replace all vent stacks, rain gutters, and sheet metal on patio cover. Their project manager, Maston Naslund, was great to work with - very knowledgeable. We were delayed for about a week due to weather but they got it done quickly after that and did a thorough cleanup. Thanks!
March 2023 We highly recommend Ace Roofing. I love my new roof, it's beautiful! Ace Roofing was a blessing in disguise. It was by fluke that I came across this company. Initially, I was calling around to Roofing Companies for information regarding another "Roofing company " that I was unable to find ANY information on. I needed a new roof. I had leaks from a previous storm. I had 2 "Roofing companies give me estimates. One roofer I liked but he started pressuring me to sign a contract and pay him upfront for his services before the first shingle was ever removed. These "RED FLAGS " were the reason I reached out to Ace Roofing. I found them online, and reached out to them for general information. To my surprise, within 10 minutes of leaving a message with a receptionist ( for a call back from anyone), an owner returned my call. I conveyed my concerns about my situation. I was reassured my concerns were valid. We have had 2 homes insured for the last 20 years and never had a claim. This was all a learning process for us. We live in the hill country and Ace Roofing is in Austin. Normally businesses don't /wont come out this far. When I asked if his company would be interested in giving me an estimate I was very surprised when he agreed to come. By the time DJ left my house I knew WE mattered. We had detailed conversations over all aspects of the project. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with solutions to alleviate any stresses I had over dealing with the Insurance company. Ace Roofing has been an absolute joy to work with. Their employees know their jobs. They are ready, willing and able to obtain the BEST results for the client. I was always kept in the loop, via phone calls, email and texts. Nothing, I mean absolutely nothing was ever done without my knowledge or consent I'm 59 and have never felt like " my money" was as good as the next person until Ace Roofing. With this company, I have never felt like just "a number " or " just another pay check". We have been treated with the utmost respect. Promises made promises kept. Above and beyond expectations.
