Tia and the staff are phenomenal! There are several group classes that provide a fun and engaging atmosphere, while still helping you work towards your goals. The trainers are very knowledgeable and offer modifications to the exercises as needed based on your injuries or strengths. There are also several trainers available for hire if you want more individualized focus on your goals. Everyone is super friendly and approachable! Whether you are just looking for a gym to go to or are looking for group classes or personal training would 100% recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! Tia, the owner, is truly one of a kind - welcoming, supportive, and always creating an uplifting environment. She makes everyone feel comfortable no matter where they are in their fitness journey or what sport they are dedicated to. The community here is so encouraging. I cannot recommend Action Academy enough.

Nothing but great experiences at Action Academy. Everyone is respectful and kind, equipment is solid, gym is clean and safe. So grateful to have this neighborhood, locally-owned option! Highly recommend.

Action Academy has been my favorite gym experience ever! It’s small but never crowded. The members are a variety of ages, and it’s a chill, not intimidating environment.

I have a gym I usually go to on the other side of town when I visit, but I needed something closer to my AirBnB this time. Action Academy showed up on my search, I gave them a call and Tia was very helpful. I typically use free weights when I’m traveling as I know I can’t usually stay on my normal routine. I can tell you everything you need is here mixed with amazing hospitality! I would give them more stars if I could. Being a small gym owner myself, I love being able to support others in the same industry when I can and it’s even better when they take pride in what they do. This place is 24 hours and it’s accessible via a secure key that they program for you. If you are looking at this review, stop looking for other places and call Tia now.
