Highly recommend these guys. I called one afternoon, Sebastian came out the next day. He diagnosed the issue immediately (broken spring inside the tube) and replaced all the necessary parts in about 30 minutes. My garage door is working properly again and so much quieter. Also he was very professional and communicated well. Thank you!!

I had an excellent experience with Anytime Garage Door and their technician, Ryan. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Ryan was incredibly professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and completed the repair efficiently with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find such a high level of professionalism and customer service these days, and I truly appreciate the care and expertise Ryan brought to the job. Cory stopped by and was extremely kind and considerate. He worked diligently to try and diagnose the issue with my broken garage door, attempting several possible solutions and always communicating clearly what he was doing. Eventually, he swapped out the springs for free (which were under warranty), despite not being 100% sure it would resolve the issue. Luckily, it did! He was transparent in telling me that he was not sure it would be a long-lasting fix as the motor was acting up, and could need to be swapped out in the near future. As a technician, he could've easily told me off the bat that the motor was acting up and needed replacement, without ever trying easier, even if temporary, fixes. That would've saved the company money, and I wouldn't have known better, having to bite the bullet right there on the spot. It likely would've left a sour taste in my mouth. Instead, his approach shows that Action Garage Door is a trustworthy company, willing to do what's the best for the customer even if it costs them extra. This interaction has made me a lifetime customer of Action Garage Door. Thanks Cory! (wishing all the best to your new golden retriever)

I had a new garage door opener installed by them, but it was done poorly. None of the remotes have worked correctly after three weeks. When I called for help, they tried to charge me an extra service fee to “reprogram” the remotes, despite their installation service supposedly covering any issues for the first month. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

My ancient garage door opener finally gave up the ghost on a Friday afternoon. I filed a claim with my warranty company, was told a repair service would be coming by the following morning. That repair service then sent an email saying they'd be by on Tuesday. A phone call revealed they didn't work weekends. I was NOT willing to wait that long and decided to just pay out of pocket. Action Garage Door had great reviews and now I know why. Sebastian arrived less than two hours from my initial phone call, gave me several quotes for the work (I buy the new motor, they provide the motor, he does extra maintenance work, etc.), which was really helpful. He also videoed the damage so I could see exactly what was wrong, and I knew darned good and well the warranty company would want to try to "fix" it when even I could see it was falling apart. Having Sebastian do the work was a no-brainer. He was fast, professional, made sure my questions were answered, and did an amazing job. HIGHLY recommend this company!!!
