Terrific experience. Son was visiting from out of town and they squeezed him in so he would have his winter tires on and I could stop worrying. Lol! The whole tire change took a half hour and great customer service. I will definitely return
They charged me $142.30 for winter tire swap, where others do it at $85 to $90. Also broke my latch mechanism for rear seat while dumping tires in the boot.
Had my winter tire changeover done including repair of one tire that had screw in it. Service was great and complete. Staff was very polite. I use this Active Green+Ross location for all my service and it is consistently great service.
I had an issue driving to Kitchener a month ago and the team was extremely helpful. This morning my breaks made a noise. I knew it was coming time to have them changed. Half the price of Toyota. They took my car on the spot. Very friendly and knowledgeable. And I walk away happy. Great service.
