I had an exceptional experience with Melinda. I live abroad and came home to San Diego to seek help when other medical professionals couldn’t properly address my hair loss. Melinda was able to quickly get to the root of the issue determining that I had telogen effluvium due to a severe reaction to the COVID vaccine and then a recent exposure to the virus. Her ability to pinpoint the root cause set her apart from other practitioners, instilling me with so much ease and hope. She has so much knowledge to share, and left me feeling incredibly relieved in her care. I can’t recommend her enough and look forward to returning to her for the Alma Ted laser when I return to San Diego.

If you are experiencing thinning hair for whatever reason, go see Melinda at Advanced Hair Aesthetics right away! I recently re-located from out of town and was lucky enough to find Melinda when searching the Internet. I've tried various treatments over the years and nothing has ever quite worked just right. After having my first appointment back in September, I knew I found the perfect spot for my thinning hair needs. Most recently, I decided to try long extensions using the IBE method, which Melinda is amazing at, and OMG when I saw a photo of the back of my head I didn't even realize it was me. Thick, luxurious and glamorous hair- which I have never had!! and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Also, Melinda has recommended several new hair products, including an alternate for X-Fusion, which I have used for years and swore I would never leave the house without. The salon is very clean (following COVID-19 protocols), private and the staff is always super friendly & knowledgeable. I've always been really self conscious about going to large, busy hair salons and this is why Advanced Hair Aesthetics is perfect. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

I meet with Melinda Galloway in January 2019 for a consultation and after checking her operations and results I decided to begin my amazing micropigmintation. The first session was painless, relaxing and incredibly successful. I could see the amazing results almost immediately. After 1 day I looked and felt younger more confident and full of energy. Melinda is a true specialist and artist. My new hair line and baldness has disappeared. After my second session I could see and feel that this was going to be even more successful than I had imagined. My friends and family were all asking me what has changed I looked so much younger and happier I just smiled and said thank you. So I began my search for an artist like Melinda because I wanted to hide some scaring on the back of my head from a surgery in November 2018. Today we finished the special techniques that she as learned as she has become a master at her craft and artistry. With that and some final touch ups I can say I am so happy and grateful for my amazing incredible new head and hair I look and feel fabulous this is life changing. Melinda' ist unglaublich! Normalerweise vertraue ich niemandem mein Gesicht / Kopf an, aber sie hat großartige Arbeit geleistet. Ich habe zwei Haartransplantationen hinter mir, die nicht gut genug funktioniert haben. Ihre Haarbehandlung hat meinen Kopf so gut aufgefüllt, dass alle denken, es sei natürlich. Ich werde in Zukunft für Nachbesserungen wiederkommen! Ich kann sie sehr empfehlen! Wenn ich das vor meinen Transplantationen gewusst hätte, hätte es mir eine Menge Geld erspart!!
