Work was fairly priced (in comparison to the competition). The crew was professional and did a good job of installing and cleaning up after themselves (had to cut a hole in the wall). I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to others.
We've used Advantage Electric twice in different houses we've owned: to troubleshoot, repair and replace interior/exterior outlets, and to add outlets on different circuits with varying requirements. In both cases all interactions from prompt scheduling, to actual service and repairs were great. In the recent visit, electricians Chris & Carl explained the pros, cons, and implications of options we considered and in one case suggested a simpler, less expensive solution. They also took the time before they left to review our electrical panel, answer questions, and make economical recommendations for future projects we're considering. We'll definitely call them first for the next job. A good, honest, fair and independent electrical service company.
The electricians who came out to fix our breaker box were great to work with. A space heater had tripped a switch that would not reset, and they diagnosed the issue quickly and made the repair without fuss. They were clear about what they were doing and left everything tidy when they finished. They were also friendly with our cats, which was a small but appreciated touch in a stressful situation. Overall the visit felt calm, professional, and easy, and I would gladly call them again if we need electrical work in the future.
Dillon came out and completed a few random jobs I had and what a great experience!! Everyone at Advantage Electric was so helpful, from scheduling to arrival time to completion. Dillon was up front with pricing and gave several solutions for the job needed. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and he answered all my questions thoroughly. Wonderful communication as well, showed up on time and was highly professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Advantage Electric-it was just a great experience!!
Our neighbors house was struck by lightning and we had collateral electric damage at our house. Advantage was excellent to work with. Very thorough in their inspections. Excellent repairs and were very good at explaining everything they were going to do and why. Highly recommend Advantage Electric!
