If I could rate this urgent care less than 1 star I would. I went in for an ankle sprain. My ankle was swollen the size of an apple. They did not offer me any assistance despite it being very visibly obvious I am in extreme pain when walking. I had to ask for a wheelchair for them to assist me. After my Xray the nurse assistant couldn’t even wrap my ankle brace properly. I don’t think they train their employees here properly. They gave me crutches that didn’t fit, and took it away and didn’t offer me another option because they don’t have crutches that are my size. The nurse assistant suggested going on amazon to buy crutches that fit. What is the point of paying for very expensive health insurance and copay? Unless you want to pay to waste your time, I suggest not coming here.
Excellent and attentive care. Maria NP is professional, knowledgeable and kind. Levon MA was also excellent and made the experience very comfortable. Validated my symptoms with attention and respect. More than satisfied with my visit. Appreciate the great care.
The PA was personable, professional and excellent. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the receptionist. I checked-in online before arriving. I needed to ask a f/u question after I sat down and he adamently did not want me at the front desk. He kept telling me to sit down…note, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk and I had a mask on.
Online check-in was great. I did not have to wait for long in the clinic. The clinic was clean and spacious too. Very pleasant visit. Doctor personally called to let me know the test result for strep. Got the prescriptions quickly. The whole process was very fast and efficient. They even called me 2 days after to check in if I was feeling better.
I've gone here over the years when I needed a quick appointment with varying results, but think I'm good. People are usually very nice even with it being busy so that's always good, but the doctors were using AI for notes (which I'd think is fine with the amount of patients and speed they need to go to keep up) but the doctor basically let me choose what sickness I had to move forward with treatment. Gave soft insight but I gave him the three things I thought it was and he just agreed. Got nos on the COVID and flu test so basically paid for that knowledge, other than that, left in the same spot I was at prior, thinking I had bronchitis and a sinus infection based on symptoms. Truly what is the point of going to the doctor's office anymore?
