They helped me transfer data from old computer to new one. Also helped me understand how it works, and how to sort photos and valuable tips on using my new computer. I will be using them again!
Unreal work. I took a dropped laptop here expecting an autopsy report and a plan for data recovery, but they had me up and running in a few days even with their crazy volume of calls and repairs. I’m a student at the tail end of my semester, and their professionalism, skill, and customer service meant the absolute world to me. I could not recommend this place enough

I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service we received from Lexi. She was able to replace a damaged computer with all of the old hard drive information in very little time. If I could give these guys 6 out of 5 stars, I would. I've bought my computer from them, had the same computer repaired by them, and sent friends and clients to them. Simply put - they are an amazing LOCAL company that beats BestBuy/any one else ANY time for any computer issues. They are timely, and have directed me to cost saving solutions for purchase and fixes and they are great people too. Excellent customer service. I'm in IT, and I sometimes just don't have the time to research and issue and fix it myself, and they have resources I don't without googling, and it's at the best price they can get for me.
