I’ve always been going to Shima for nail refill and I honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. She is extremely patient, careful, and truly pays attention to every detail. For me, it’s very important to have nails that are thin, natural-looking, and healthy — and she does this perfectly every single time. Her filing skills are amazing. My nails are always beautifully thin but still strong, and they never break, which shows how professional and skilled she is. I also love her designs. Whenever I show her a design from Pinterest, she recreates it even better than the original. She has great taste, creativity, and technique. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nail stylist who is truly talented, meticulous, and caring about her clients’ nails.

I went there yesterday for the first time. I found this place online and saw many positive reviews, so I decided to give it a try—and it was exactly as described. The staff are very professional and clearly know what they’re doing. I had gel nail art done, and I’m extremely happy with the results. Jaspreet did an amazing job! She was able to recreate the design I wanted perfectly, just like the original picture. I was very impressed. In addition, the staff are friendly, and the place is clean and relaxing. If you’re looking for a great place to get your nails done, I highly recommend this salon. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

I really love the way the staff makes you feel, the place is very clean and welcoming and Enjoyable. Staff is very knowledgeable and are up to date with all the latest products and services. My go to girl is Irena, and have never been disappointed with her services and is very much a perfectionist. Thank you!

Excellent service. Very professsional. My daughter, her friend and I had our nails done for my wedding. We were very impressed with our technicians. Trish is wonderful as well as both the ladies who provided services for my daughter and her friend. We will definitely book again.

5 stars for all staffs I’ve interacted and the atmosphere and the facilities. But in terms of technique, I do think some nail techs could benefit from further training. I got my nails done here last week, but within ten days five of them started lifting to varying degrees :( Communication with the salon—both via email and phone—was smooth and professional, and they were patient and willing to help by offering a redo. The first nail tech actually helped me choose a color I really liked, but during the cuticle work, one of my fingers was slightly cut and started bleeding. It wasn’t a huge deal at the time(I understand it happens sometimes and she apologized right away), but it’s worth mentioning. The redo process felt a little bit rushed. The whole process, from removal to completion, only took about 30 minutes. However, some nails clearly had uneven polish application, and the surface of one nail was partially filed off during the final shaping. Some of the nail shapes came out a bit oddly structured in my personal opinion(photos attached). Under indoor lighting, everything looked good, but once I stepped outside under natural light, the unevenness on a few nails is quite noticeable—especially since I chose a sheer color. When the redo nail tech asked me how it looked at the end, I didn’t say much—I was just a bit tired, and I honestly didn’t see the point. I wasn’t sure what could be done at that stage. I didn’t want to ask for a redo of the redo, and I didn’t want to come across as overly demanding or difficult. That said, this salon does have some great qualities. Their equipment sanitation setup looks very professional, which I really appreciate. At the end of the service, they apply cuticle oil and wrap your hands with a warm towel—the pineapple-scented oil was a lovely touch, and I really enjoyed it :) This wasn’t my first time here; all my previous visits were actually good. I also noticed that the first nail tech who did my nails this time has many good reviews, so maybe I was just unlucky. From a normal social distance, the nails looked fine both before and after the fix. But if you’re like me—someone who constantly examines their nails and cares A LOT about the details—you might want to reconsider. One thing I truly want to highlight is that everyone I interacted with did their best to help me—I could really feel that :) So while the results weren’t exactly what I hoped for, I’m still giving five stars for the attitude and service of the staff. They were all kind and helpful. That said, maybe this place just isn’t the right fit for me personally.
