Visited Air Thrill as a family of 7 and honestly… what a place. There’s so much for the kids to do – from the trampolines to the air assault course, they were non-stop the entire time. I even decided to give it a go myself and quickly learned my limits… got about 10% of the way before needing rescued by staff while 4-year-olds absolutely flew past me 😂 Unlimited slush for the kids was a massive win. Didn’t try the food, but the place itself is brilliant, well run, and perfect for burning off energy. Highly recommended for families.
Amazing party from start to finish. Celsey greeted us at the door and the organisation was second to none. She checked all kids in quickly and they didn't miss a minute of their play time. Dedicated table for the guests and also for the parents (only downside of the tables being in the trampoline side is that it is freezing so wrap up warm if you aren't taking part). Celsey arranged for Happy Birthday to be sang before the food came out and even cut all the cake up for all the guests which was much appreciated. Plenty of pizza, chicken and chips for the kids.. we even gave some out to the adults. I am always impressed with the staff at Airthrill.. they are all lovely and always help out wherever and whenever they can. Thanks again to Celsey.. she was a wee gem and does seem to genuinely love her job which really makes a difference when hosting a party.
Daughter had her tenth birthday here recently. Sophie our host was great, really, really attentive and on point the whole way through. She did a ton of work to make sure the parents and the kids were all looked after. Intros, locations, making our girl feel special, right out of the gate. Bands, socks, cake cutting, food, the lot. She was instrumental to the experience we had. The place, the kids love it to bits. It's just enough space for them to be safe and dissolve into their own world free from the adults. There wasn't a complaint that I picked up on from any of the kids. The food was good and ample portion, even fed some of the parents waiting. Vegan menus on hand too. A great experience. Just one thing to add though. If you could tell the staff of party members to let them refill their slushies for the stragglers that would help a ton. I had four kids want a single refill, walked one round as the guy was turning off and got kicked back. I get it why this is done for normal visits but when the kids are in massive groups like this they aren't listening to each other never mind the tannoy announcements of the countdown. No fault on the experience though, happy, fed and knackered kids. Thanks!
My daughter had her birthday party here on Saturday, her and her friends had a great time and the girl who was our party host, Celsey, was amazing, really attentive and great with the kids. My daughter hurt her wrist and the staff were brilliant, even called the next day to make sure she was ok. The amount of food was amazing! We’ve had parties in other places before where the kids have left hungry, definitely not the case here!! I would 100% recommend for a party.
My daughter 8th birthday with her having austim and adhd i choose a quiet time we were there 16th of August. We had a extra ticket and paid it forward. Never been here and found it well organised run very professional. Each session is 75mins a few parties in and there reserved thro in the trampoline area. Very big lots for the kids to do .
