Kenny was my service technician. He was very helpful in answering my questions. I appreciated his honesty and manners. He did an amazing job and left everything clean upon leaving. I would definitely recommend Airserv to anyone who has A/C or heating problems.
My wife and I recently came home from the hospital with our 2 day old newborn just to be welcomed with our air conditioner not working and the house at 80 degrees. I called Aireserv and explained the circumstances. From start to finish Aireserv was professional, courteous and very understanding of the circumstances I was in. Within an hour Chandler arrived out our house and had the problem troubleshooting complete. Chandler informed me that he would find the replacement blower motor first thing in the morning. The next morning, as promised, Chandler called me with different pricing options for a new motor. Once Chandler arrived with the new blower motor he made short work of replacing the faulty motor. After replacement he also ran a complete diagnostic test on my system to see that the unit capacitor was performing lower than it was rated. Unsurprising as I’ve had to replace the capacitor on my unit twice in the past 4 years. Chandler was able to replace the failing capacitor with a beefed up capacitor with a lifetime warranty. Overall my experience with Aireserv was extremely positive. Chandler was very professional and courteous, I hope he is recognized for his superior service.
We’ve been using Air Serve for a couple years now to ensure that our AC works properly. Chandler has serviced our home several times now and has made the proper recommendations based on our needs with long term solutions in mind. We always appreciate hi knowledge, professionalism and genuine friendliness. We can tell he really cares about his customers and it’s always a pleasure to know that he’s the one assigned to our home. We’ve had another gentleman service our home as well and he along with Air Serve as a whole has been fantastic to work with. Chandler truly makes the experience great and hopefully y’all will retain him for a long long time!!
